Chief Technology Officer, Foremost

Manchester / London · Remote

I build agentic systems that hold an organisation’s memory and carry its work: what was decided, what is owed, and what has to change. Chief Technology Officer at Foremost, a board-level AI advisory. Before that, AI products at four startups.

Work

Organisational memory and work system

Foremost · 2026

One system, shared by five founders. A living record of decisions, facts, and actions, built from meetings, email, and company documents, and the workspace where the work is done. Tasks are drawn from the record, and finished work returns to it. Judgement calls are surfaced to people, never resolved by the machine. One agent, one queue, one vault, and re-runs that change nothing.

Plain Markdown in Git, so the company owns its memory and can trace every change.

Parliamentary record, made askable

LHoFT · 2026

A knowledge graph of the Luxembourg Chamber of Deputies for the LHoFT AI Experience Center: 160 sittings and 50,000 votes, with a chat that answers from the record and cites every claim verbatim to its source. Retrieval only, no stored opinion.

Self-improving agent harness

Research · 2026

An agent that learns from its own traces offline, with a growing evaluation suite as the only gatekeeper. No per-change human review. Safety comes from the tests, not the reviewer.

Research · Design

Proactive voice agent

Personal · 2026

An assistant that calls me when the agents it supervises need a decision, so the work continues while I am away from a desk. Every actor loads one constitution, and an evaluation bank gates every skill it writes into itself.

AI operating-model redesign

Foremost · 2025

Advising boards on where the work itself has to change, rather than which tools to adopt.
